To do a burpee, stand in an open space with your feet shoulder width apart. Squat all the way down and lean over to put your hands on the floor. Keeping your hands on the floor, jump your feet back behind you to assume a pushup position. Lower your body to the ground, allowing your chin, chest, and hips to all touch the floor simultaneously. Now, pull your butt up off the ground and up into the air, then snap your hips open and land in the bottom of a squat, then stand up and jump an inch or so up in the air. That’s one burpee.
