Fitness Challenge

Two of our ThriveFit members faced off in a fitness challenge, to see who’s been training better!  The workout was an eight-minute race to complete as many rounds as possible of:

  • 5 clean and jerks at 145# / 95#
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 overhead lunges with a 40# tile
  • 20 box jumps at 20″

The next time you’re looking for a challenge, give this workout a shot and see if you can beat the record!
