Two of our ThriveFit members faced off in a fitness challenge, to see who’s been training better! The workout was an eight-minute race to complete as many rounds as possible of:
- 5 clean and jerks at 145# / 95#
- 10 burpees
- 10 overhead lunges with a 40# tile
- 20 box jumps at 20″
